Penny studied architecture at the University of North London (now London Metropolitan University) after previous careers in publishing and charity fundraising. She specialises in domestic eco-architecture, both new build and renovations.

Fred has 30 years' experience in the construction industry. He has built and managed projects with values from £40k up to £10m, and has recently completed Prince2. He is a qualified Code Assessor.
